The Deflector is here to combat headwinds and produce powerful overstable flights in all conditions. Deflector answers the call of many fans looking for a slower speed disc with powerful overstability. On an anhyzer release the Deflector will fight out of its turn and flatten out to fade. On a hyzer line the disc will follow a smooth fade with a pronounced stable finish.

This is a great disc if you have played disc golf for quite a while or if you have practiced a lot. I would not recommend this disc if you are a beginner. I mainly chose this disc because it has the Proton plastic which is like Innova's Champion plastic or Dynamic Disc's Lucid plastic, which does not dent. I also chose this because I have heard it is one of MVP's top mid-ranges. I was not worried with how much fade it has because if you anhyzer it, it will even out and have less fade. I have heard complaints about many of the MVP discs not going very long distances, but I am only a kid and I can throw this disc 250 feet easily, which makes me think that those kind of reviews came from beginners. I think it is a great disc if you are not a beginner.
