Connor O'Reilly about the River:
"The River is one of the most versatile discs in the Latitude lineup. It is simultaneously a beginning players dream, and a tool that a seasoned professional can carve the fairways with. It’s straight flight and controllable speed make it a disc that is capable of many different things on the course!"

River has taken the market by storm and is a disc with THE GLIDE. It's easy to throw and fits most player's power and skill levels. River is a fairway control driver and while it's not the fastest disc Latitude 64 has made, and doesn't have the widest wing ever made, it is a disc for accurate driving and good control. With small fade and amazing glide, you can really let it fly on to those big anhyzer curves.

I love the River. This is the disc I throw when I want a very precise shot, and the range is too far for an approach disc. My nick name for this disc is the "long range Buzzz". The river will give me a predictable slight hyzer (curved) flight path over the entire flight, with only 5-10 feet of side to side action. This lets me throw it down tight fairways bordered by trees. The high glide on this disc gets me some extra range without using excessive power that could decease my accuracy.
I have this disc in three different plastics. Opto, Golw, and Opto-X, Each of these is progressively more stiff/stable. This allows me to get the same flight path in different wind conditions just by changing the plastic.
