Avery is a veteran of Team Discmania and one of his favorite Discmania molds has always been the PD. In terms of flight this disc fits perfectly with what a PD should be, reliably straight and stable with a trusted fade at the end. The Dark Maul II maintains this stable flight without becoming too overstable and cutting down its flight early. Players with a strong arm will see this disc get a full flight with little to no turn and a reliable fade at the end. This stability also makes the Dark Maul II perfect for full power forehands, making this an all around disc that adds a tremendous amount of utility to any player's bag. The PD is a fast and stable Power Driver driver which is very resistant to the wind. The PD has a good glide and it’s useful for sidearms, stable power shots, and long flex shots for experienced players. This disc offers longer and straighter shots with a reliable low speed fade. If you’re hesitant to try the Power Driver, ask anyone who’s tried it – this disc is a true crowd favourite.
