The Prodigy Disc A3 is an overstable utility disc that fills the gap between midranges and putters. The A3 is perfect for strong to above average throwers who want to avoid the possibility of their shot turning over. The disc is consistent and reliable in all wind conditions and perfect for short, trick shots as well as high wind.
The Prodigy Disc A Series Approach Discs are designed to fill the gap between the putter and the midrange. The A Series discs are the size of a putter with a profile similar to a midrange.
Plastic: 500 Spectrum - See all 500 Spectrum Discs
500 Plastic has been in development for quite some time, formulated and based on carefully considered player feedback. It has a stiffer, less gummy feel than 400 Plastic. This provides an extremely confident grip on the flight plate, balancing just the right amount of flex and firmness, with a very solid feeling rim that we believe disc golfers are going to love. To top it off, the Spectrum release features Prodigy's coloring process, boasting bright, colorful swirls.
Stamp: Ad Astra Per Aspera Kansas Disc Golf
This stamp was Prodigy's tribute to the 2022 World Championships in Emporia, KS.
Loved this mold for those small placement shots from 100ft out. It’s a solid disc to hold and comes off well on any angle (except anny, but no situation to ever use it for driving). Only grift I’ll say is with the plastic. The 200 is possibly the single worst base plastic I think I’ll ever bag. I like the pattern but it feels so slippery and flimsy. The 200 is so bad that I’ll be buying another one in a more premium plastic. So in conclusion, love the mold, hate the plastic.
