The Mamba has more high speed turn than any of our long range drivers, so throwing into a headwind is not recommended. For those with less driving speed, it will add distance. Darryl I am an amateur player and the Mamba is the best driver I have found so far. I don't have a lot arm speed and the Mamba makes my throws look effortless. This disc is especially good when throwing an S curve line right hand backhand. Wind does tend to push this disc a lot so I would not recommend throwing through a cross wind.

A1eafFa11s I bought one in 175g weight to try as a distance driver, since I’m relatively new to disc golf. The understability makes this disc capable of good distance, with large s curves, but also really uncontrollable due to its speed. This disc makes a great roller, but if you want an under stable distance driver for more conventional shots, you might want to try a beat-in Star Shryke, or an out- of-the-box Daedalus.
